Return and Warranty
One Year Warranty
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or received a faulty item, we will gladly accept any returns or exchanges on the condition that the item has not been customized, is unused and includes all its original packaging, instructions, and tags. Items must be received within 1 year from the initial order shipping date.
What does our warranty cover? What doesn't it cover?
Please note that a traceable order number is required for after-sales services.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the product for the original owner. If the product ever fails usage during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material related defect, ONETIGRIS will repair or replace the item at our discretion, free of charge. In the event that the item/style returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper usage, or when colors and materials grow worn over time.
All items must remain unwashed, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale to qualify for warranty returns or exchanges.
ONETIGRIS shall not be liable for any incidental, reliance, or consequential damages or breach of implied warranty for this product, including any damage to person or property, whenever the law allows.
Warranty Shipping Cost
Due to our warehouse layout, all returns for non-quality issues must be shipped back to an address in Local Warehouse. We handle this process as follows:
1. Non-Quality Returns
You may request a return, but you will be responsible for the international shipping costs (which are typically higher).
To minimize unnecessary costs, we recommend careful consideration. We recommend choosing a partial refund without a return.
Partial Refund Instructions: With your consent, we will refund a portion of the purchase price (e.g., 30%–50%) based on your order amount. You do not need to return the item.
2.Returns Due to Quality Issues
If a product has a quality issue, we typically offer a return-free refund or partial refund for orders within the warranty period. The refund will be determined based on the product issue. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
* We strongly recommend that, given that international return shipping costs may exceed the value of the merchandise, you consider donating or giving it away locally, which is a more economical and environmentally friendly option.
Shipping Responsibilities
For returns due to non-quality issues: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs from your location to our warehouse, insurance, applicable taxes, and any other fees that may apply.
For returns due to quality issues: Upon verification, we offer free returns and exchanges for orders within one year.
Return/Refund Process
Please check contact us and we will be in touch within 2 business days. Please note that dispatched orders cannot be recalled and you will have to wait until the parcel has arrived to make this request.
- REFUND: The refund will be issued via the original transaction method within 2 business days after receiving the invoice (including the shipment fee paid, if any).
- EXCHANGE: New parcels are expected to be shipped within 2 business days after the invoice of shipment has been provided.
Final Interpretation
Onetigris Camping reserves the right of final interpretation and handling of this return policy. We reserve the right to make the most fair and reasonable final decision based on the circumstances of each case.
